I’ve had high level on anxiety and a panic disorder for nearly a year now. Been in CBT for 8 months and also on propranolol. I thought I was getting better and hasn’t suffered a panic attack in months, but a couple of weeks ago I took a bad one while out a walk on my own, ever since then I’ve been so down and on edge. Doctor has prescribed Sertraline, won’t lie in really nervous to start taking it, but I just want to feel normal again.
Does anyone have experience on this medication?
