Seriousness is sickness, it just leads you to death, not to eternal life. Life is playfulness, fun, because the whole existence is a tremendous circus. It is all fun without any purpose. Fun is the most sacred word, far more sacred than prayer. It is the only word that can give you a sense of playfulness, can make you again a child.

A human being is a reality. When you come across a reality, there are going to be good times, bad times, pain, pleasure, ups and downs, highs and lows, agonies and ecstasies. That is life, it is absolutely experimental and experiential. Life is never about teaching but experimenting so don’t try to be a philosopher. It is like a dark shadow to fill your mind with thoughts, speculation, and never ending rationalization. Don’t try to be a thinker, we practice meditation to get to a total relaxed state of consciousness. The moment you flood your mind with thoughts, you will drown yourself in anxiety. So just simply be a human being.

🙏👌 Sometimes we get caught back in all the seriousness of life. It's good to just have that reminder of playfulness once you catch yourself becoming too serious. By and by you wont have to remind yourself anymore. You will just be playful and free of that disease. Have a great day🙂👍👍🙏

I think this is one the best pieces of advice ever. I’m always being playful, joking, try to make light of certain things even going as far as laughing at myself. My over thinking raises my anxiety that’s for sure.

Just this morning I got caught in the rain on my run. I could have stopped running and complained. But instead I ran down the street smiling and my comments to my self, just go with the flow, it’s just rain. I got back to my car, no rain. Some days you get it right others not so right. 😂😂😂😂

I already ate lunch but it’s spicy tuna circles my mom puts spicy tuna onion and olives in a pastry and shapes it into balls and bakes them in the oven super good 😃 also she sometimes puts anchovies in too 😋
