Hello, I just joined this site. I have been diagnosed with depression in 2017 and I just seem to getting worse instead of better. I do see a psychiatrist as well.
I am hoping I can start to pull myself out of my depression with the help of this group.

Welcome! You have come to the right place. I find that exercise helps if I can find the ambition. Walking running, riding bicycle, anything that gets me moving things to learn ti-chi but it is a process.
Hi I looked on your profile and see you are on hormone treatment for bc , may I ask are you on something that blocks estrogen ? I know that estrogen can be a contributing factor on bc, I ask because this may be a cause of your depression ?
