a persons past makes up a lot of their identity, and without it it's hard to know where you'd be in life. just thinking about the unknown can be scary especially when its a topic related to yourself.

That’s sort of why I am afraid of moving forward with my life. Although it doesn’t involve trauma in my case. Stepping into a world I haven’t experienced before, there’s no telling what it might do to my identity so yes it’s scary.

Sometimes it can be true, sometimes it is relieving to put everything wrong with us.. All the blame on the trauma we ve experienced even if it is not related.
