Im litterally at my breaking point now , i dont know what else to do or go , a week ago i went to ER and got blood test and they said my thyroid levels were a little low its been a week since then and havent been able to see a primary care doctor for test because ive been home for the last 2yrs due to anxiety i have no money to pay bills and my ID expired so i can get a primary care doctor then what makes it worst is ive been to the hospital soooo many times people will think im just playing around i havent had a meal in about a year all i eat is m&ms and milkshakes , they told me i need to get thyroid levels checked and im scared im gonna choke to death cause by my thyroid , i litterally dont get why wouldn't they just keep me in the hospital to treat me for the thyroid i dont wanna die im only 22 and the last 4yrs have been tooken away by anxiety my thyroid dosent feel swollen either i think its acid reflux im in the US and im litterally just tired of posting on here everyday and calling the ambulance if all their gonna do is send me home

It’s unlikely that there is anything wrong with your thyroid. You have no symptoms, just a slightly low reading. Try to focus on what you can do something about. What is the ID that you need to see your doctor? Do you have health insurance?
So if blood test show a little low thyroid level it couldve been just temporary???
It sounds to me you have an eating disorder caused by anxiety. Your diet is of far more concern than slightly low thyroid levels. You will probably cure it if you get treatment for your eating disorder.
Think of your body as a car. If you don't put the right kind of fuel in it the engine will eventually seize up won't it? The same with your body. Living on only m and m's and milkshakes is dangerous and you must be lacking in so many vitamins it isn't sustainable. Seek help urgently and tell your doctor about your diet.
For the time being you can buy protein drinks as they would be much healthier and they are very easy to swallow. You are going to make yourself very ill if you carry on like this.

Don't force yourself to have more solid food because it will only make your anxiety worse. There are lots of liquid foods to keep yourself healthier while you get help.One of my sisters was like this for years due to severe anxiety. She would say she felt like there was a lump in her throat and she too was afraid of choking. She didn't get help though.
However she did buy protein drinks so she was healthy. She also found she could have fruit drinks (undiluted) - ie cartons. She also bought ice lollies, mars bars, and bran flakes for some reason as she could eat those (important for fibre). I hope this helps a bit. She is now though eating more solid foods as she kept trying to and eventually is managing to now eat more solid food such as potatoes.
