Exercise, either yoga or kickboxing depending how I feel.

yoga/exercise are great mood boosters but require a bit more effort for me. so if i’m in the middle of an anxiety attack and need distraction i go with gardening or video games. going out and checking on my plants and pruning/ caring for them is very meditative. if the weather is not good for that then video games can be a great escape. i think i’ve logged like 200 hours in stardew valley. low stress/world-building games where you collect and organize things can really pass the time and divert attention during a bad anxiety spell. i usually listen to white noise or a comedy podcast while i do it to block everything else out

Reading when I am in the mood. Visiting friendly places/people. And more reading.

When I can breathe and remind myself that I actually have a few coping skills (hard in the moment to think of things to help sometimes), I draw, sometimes play guitar, the easiest is to put headphones on and play some uplifting music. Sometimes I'm so anxious I'm physically uncomfortable, those times I reach for the headphones, put on some music and let my body just move to it to release the pent up energy. I also workout, but I try to do that when I'm feeling well, just staying somewhat fit makes things easier overall.
