Agoraphobia

I suffer from severe agoraphobia and anxiety. I haven’t left my house since February and I usually feel just fine as long as I’m home but here recently I’ve been having panic attacks and not feeling myself even when I am home. Does anyone have any tips? I hate feeling like this and I feel like I’m at my worse. I’ll take any advice I could also use some friends that go through the same thing as me. I'll be your friend. I am so sorry you are struggling with anxiety attacks. Those attacks are just the worst. I haven't had too many and they did not continue after I recovered from leaving a very stressful and damaging environment, so I can't offer what might help you with your issue but I can say, " I am here for you to offer support, understanding and kindness.
