I suffer from Anxiety & Depression. I've had some pretty bad experiences, as I'm sure a lot of you have.
So, here I am hoping to gather support and help other's too.

So, I found this exercise I thought might be interesting to help me get to know some of you. I thought this would be a cool ice breaker exercise as I'm nervous being here. It's kinda silly I know, but don't we all need that? 🤭
