Hi im new on here im having a really hard time dealing with my anxiety its gets really bad my doctor put me on meds but i had a really bad side effect from it so i went to a new doctor and she put me on a different medication im so scared to it because of what happened with the other meds and feeling this way is really making my anxiety drive me crazy i can't sleep i cry alot i just don't know what to do i try talking to my sister about she tells me to snap out of it so im really a lone dealing with this

You are not alone sis. The same is happening to me.. others simply tell us to shut up. This forum is the only place where I can talk freely. People will help us. Let's have faith.

Sorry you feel this way. When I was going through empty nest syndrome, I decided not to tell anyone because they might not understand the pain I was going through. I posted in one of the online support groups and there I found comfort. It helped me to feel less lonely and not alone. It’s good that you reached out. Feel free to share. We are here for each other.
