How to delete old replies

Do anyone knows how to delete the old replies( notifications) from healthunlock? I have so many in my box I just want to delete some

If you don't want to receive notifications click on your aviator then on settings. If you want to delete old ones from your email box follow the instructions there for how to delete old emails.

Hi hypercat. I like getting notifications, I just don't know what to do with the old ones that I've read and responded to and I can't find a delete button. So I"m still a bit confused. I never claimed to be computer literate! LOL...

You need to delete them from your email box. You can't delete them on the site unless you amend your settings accordingly.

Thanks hypercat. I always delete them from my email once I read them but I can't find anything in my settings to delete all the ones I've read. I must really be missing something. Sorry to be such a pain!

There is no setting available here which will delete old responses. You either choose yes for email notifications or no. It's then up to you to delete anything you don't want from your email box as usual.

I used to get notifications too but got so many it clogged up my email box, and like you said it's a pain to delete them all. I changed my settings. You aren't being a pain at all. 😋
