Again I had anxiety attack

Hi...after 2 to 3 months I again started feeling anxious...can we feel anxious also from a small thing happened with us ??... Because in morning I read one line sent by a girl on Instagram and all day long I was just thinking about that only...today I met my frds also had dinner with my family and suddenly I was feeling down like no one is here to listen to my prblms....I used to share all the things with my sister but now she is also busy in her work...I met that girl and after few days I thought I can share my prblms with her but suddenly such thing happened today i can't share ...so I called my frd but I didn't tell anything about her I just had a normal talk with him...... If I want to cry I can't because I made myself so hard so I can't even cry to make me feel better....
