Today is tough. I lost my younger brother, my best friend, a month ago unexpectedly (probably cardiac event). I think I’m coming out of my fog and I’m overwhelmed with sadness. Thanks for listening

Having a tough day
Am so so sorry for your loss. Allow yourself time to grieve (with no time limit), be kind to yourself. I hope you have other family around you and that you can all grieve and support each other. No words will ever describe what you are going through right now.
My sincerest condolences to all your family and may your brother rest in peace and rise in glory xxxx
So sorry to read of your loss. I think I know how you feel, one of my best friends of 32 years, who was a good man, kind, caring and very helpful, was murdered 3 years ago. I was walking around in grief and a daze for quite a while. I still miss him, and hear him talking to me, we had a lot in common. I have two brothers (twins) who are 18 years younger than me, now we have the coronavirus I worry about them, thankfully one is retired and lives out in the country, the other one, he and his wife work from home, they recently (in March) moved to a house out in a small quiet village. So allow yourself to grieve, it is a process and takes time, it hurts, you can be doing OK then a reminder will pop up and bring the sadness into play. If you can go to the library, there are books on Grief and Loss, very helpful. And if you can talk it over with your other family members, do so, it helps to bring closure. I wish you well, sending love, peace, strength and big hugs.......
