Do u think this is to do with anxiety I keep sweating alot when I'm working and my throat keeps going really dry and I feel the need to keep swallowing and I was sitting here quietly and then I'm thinking my hearts beating fast and now I cant get it off my brain

Have you tried meditation? I recently downloaded the Insight Timer app. There are lots of guided meditations for calming anxiety.
