Lost and can't find my way

Hello everyone! I'm Fresh out of the hospital. They set me up with a med doctor while I was in there and I just contacted a therapist. I am in dire need of help as I still feel depressed and scared I could harm myself again. I don't have any family or friends to talk to and I was looking for a support group when I found this site. I'm glad to be here and hope we can help each other.

Hello and welcome. I'm sorry you are going through these hard times. I feel you. I've never been inpatient, but I worked in the psych ward for a while. It's tough. I deal with depression, severe anxiety, and bipolar disorder. I have to hide who I am all the time, every where I go, whoever I'm with. Especially my husband. It sucks

I just want to be my crazy self.
