New Therapist

After searching for a few weeks, I think I may have finally found a new therapist. He texted me yesterday about setting up an appointment next week. I wasn't getting the kind of help I needed from my previous therapist. He is a colleague that works closely with another doctor I was trying to schedule with, however she doesn't accept my insurance. According to that doctor, Mr.Cooper "is awesome." That brings me some relief since I knew nothing about this therapist before being referred over to him. Here's to hoping our session goes well next week.

I just set an appt with a new therapist too! Meeting him next Thursday. Fingers are crossed!
