Sometimes I have good days, and other times, like yesterday, I can't get out of bed. And all I want is to disappear.
Sometimes I feel like I can't deal with everything.
I am afraid of the pandemic, of the economy. I feel scared every time I read the news about the businesses that have gone bankrupt and the thousands of people who are unemployed. And now, I am afraid of earthquakes.
The pandemic became difficult to go to therapy, and I think I really need it.
Writing here is a consolation, telling someone these things and knowing that they will understand it, that they will not think that I worry too much, and that they will not worry too much about my feelings.

Wow, you worry about some big things. I never did. You can try online therapy sessions. I have done that too. The pandemic has become a pain in all of our asses. I think my anxiety is back because of it. Sucks, I know. At least, you know why are you being anxious. My question is still unanswered. My anxiety attacks come out of nowhere. But I'm happy that this platform is helping you. Sometimes I too feel like Disappearing and want everything to stop and not able to feel or think. I just want to you to know we all are here for you and we are listening. 😊
This pandemic has everyone feeling a bit anxious, its sad really. But if this helps at all, my father is in the medical field and is aware that there is a working cure in progress. It just takes time to cut through all the red tape. Things will clear up, and things will begin to get back to normal. I know it sucks right now but on the bright side, the earth itself is healing. So, it really gives me something to look forward to seeing. Things are getting better, and will continue to get better. In the meantime, we all are here for eachother even if its just online for now.
