Anxiety worries

I woke up yesterday and my ring finger has a little pain on it and its just hurts when I press it but not bad anyone knows what this is i bite my fingernails alot but I dont remember scarring my finger and its swollen a little

When your fingers swell, the ring becomes too tight and as you bend the joint there is a pain. I had the same a few weeks ago with hot weather and had to remove all rings as they were too tight. I might have put on a bit of weight but sometimes these finger and ankle swellings come on with hot weather. Sure if you take ring off for a few days, you may feel ok.
