Our body has a natural system called the circadian rhythm. It is a natural time-keeping clock that tells your body the waking and sleeping time. It has an effect on your body’s brain and hormones which plays a main role in telling your body to stay awake and when it’s time to sleep.
Natural sunlight during the day improves the daytime energy as well as the night time sleep quality and duration. The bright light during the day helps keep your circadian rhythm healthy resulting in a peaceful sleep at night and a healthy body at day. People who are suffering from insomnia can get a better and peaceful sleep at night if their exposure to sunlight increases. It also reduces the time it took to fall asleep by 83%.
Thank you so very much for this. Very informative. It’s good to learn new things.

Good tip(s).
These tips contained in the article are very useful for those with transient insomnia, or normal sleepers suffering a bout of short term insomnia. Insomnia is a very complex condition and so many suffer due to chronic pain, many forms of different anxieties, side effects of meds, apnea, aging and other circadian rhythm sleep disorders. I truly wish getting all the extra sunshine I’m getting in especially in spring/summer was working. 😀
