Feeling Isolated

Hi, I am at high risk for Covid 19 due to pre-existing conditions. I just found out that I am also blood type A, which also may put me at greater risk. Friends are out socializing now or going to the stores and I am here self-isolating, terrified of getting sick. I have been home since March 13th. So hard to keep my spirits up and not sure how to handle this. I am in a sorry for myself rut and depression and anxiety are rough. Any recommendations?
