It easy to float. To take it lightly, to normalize the stressor and to evaluate the objective size of the problem. But its also hard to float... You can’t control the direction your mind takes you. Sometimes the past in my head gets so vivid, I can practically feel it. The sound, the touch, the taste the smell… Why are some memories so prominent? What does it take to abandon them? But if we even do abandon those memories – will is change who we are today? Are we supposed to learn and co-exist with these thoughts?
