Anxiety

Hello everyone i am new here i wanted to ask a question have anyone experience weird anxiety head sensations i get this strange dropping/pulling sensation in my head and sometimes mirgranes also the head sensations feel as if your stomach dropped this sensation is very new to me never experienced anything like this before with my anxiety i had a big panic attack of march and i been feeling all kinds of weird sensations i now think i have a tumor or something is wrong with my head i had a mri done last year it came back clear but this sensation just started a month ago im really scared and anxious

Hi anamlee, this feeling happens when we are in an elevated state of anxiety. Our body

doesn't get a chance to calm down and we can experience that dropping sensation in our

stomach, head or both. It's a hyper stimulation of our nervous system. xx

hi thanks for letting me know that cause at first i was getting that sensation in my chest everyday i even thought my heart stopped it was constant dropping sensationnin my chest through my stomach
