I’m not sure how to begin. Maybe small steps. First I suffer with shortness of breath and uncontrollable teeth sucking when in an anxious situation or when i think about my stress. I’m just not sure how a therapist can help me??

My therapist has been teaching me ways "to retrain" my brain... I don't really know how to explain it.. But she's given me a lot of things to try and so when I have panic attacks...maybe someone can offer you something similar?
Hi John, I think a therapist might be able to give you ideas on stress relief
Find yourself a good therapist, let me tell you they will not laugh at you, they have heard it all, they will help you understand yourself and implement ways to help yourself. Just remember they cannot "fix" you, they can guide you but you have to do the work. Therapy has helped me "a lot" in my life. So go for it, I send you courage, strength, peace and love with big hugs.......
