You have to work on it every day ! release fear, anger,guilt. etc. go within. No 1 rule love yourself. Change your thoughts about you !

So true until you can let go of regrets you wont be free. What a weight would be lifted if we could learn to forgive ourselves and just be content. Yes you have to love yourself first to love others fully. This is my ultimate goal in life. Coronavirus has showed me that I need to work on me and let go to truly be happy.
