Meditation has help me quite a bit. Try the app Insight Timer... it has various meditation methods. My son introduced me to it. Great relaxation stuff.

Some things that help are a good multi vitamin that has extra vitamin Bs to heal nerves, give energy and focus, and also have extra magnesium for calming mind body and spirit. Ginseng is great to get rid of sticky negative thoughts that loop too. Hope this advice helps you too! Getting out in sunshine 30 min per day without sunscreen is great for vit. D that lifts your moods too.
