Hi gerrerd, yes right on, we have to look into our mind don't we and observe unhealthy thoughts a beliefs. Therapy helped me change quite a few of my beliefs and free up my mind to become healthy. Thank You, Love n Hugs, big smiles too.....Sprinkle 1......
