I am new here. I have not anxiety episodes for a few months or if I had them they were mild. last 2-3 nights I started to wake up at 3 a.m and after that, I could not sleep continuously. my general muscle ache comes back also I feel pain around my neck and back. I cannot talk about my condition with my family because they do not believe that I have this disorder. they both educated people but they denied the illnesses especially if those are happening to me. anyway, I feel alone, sometimes I wanted to be understood and feel some support. I do not want to use medicine because when I used them I gained weight after a year I am still trying to stay fit. trying to follow mindfulness applications or videos podcast etc. but I feel bored.
any advice?

thank you so much for your reply, I love massage but I cannot go to professional centers as you said because of the COVID and I cannot meet my friend who used to give me massages but I've never tried Epsom salt maybe I will buy some and Sometimes I drink chamomile tea and I like it too but not a huge fan. actually, it is good for nearly everything. short yoga practices make me feel relaxed as well.
