Right now I’m shaking, my heart is beating fast, and I’m thinking something bad is going to happen, is that a panic attack?

Okay, you should calm down, take deep breaths!

I don't think you're having a panic attack, at least mines are not like that, it sounds more like a lot of anxiety.

Calm down, deep breaths and drink some water, it might help you!

Thank you for the advice! I think it was more anxiety, I’m kinda dating someone right now and I think he got mad at me for some reason and he blocked me... I feel heavy and like I have so much anxiety because I haven’t talk to him...

I think you should talk to him.

And can I ask you something, are you happy in that relationship? Because you're boyfriend sounds a little mean (let's use that one instead of another that I have in mind), I'm saying this because it's not normal for someone who has a fight with their girlfriend/boyfriend to just block them, it looks childish, honestly, and a little bit toxic.

So are you happy in that relationship?

We aren’t really dating formally yet. But yeah, I’m happy, I think something happened to his phone. I told my bestfriend to send him a text and tell me if she got the “delivered” thing. And she doesn’t, do that means that he didn’t block me. Because he doesn’t have her number either...

Try and do something to get your mind off it, like watch a funny tv show or workout. One thing I like to do it try and move each of my toes individually (its hard), then my legs, arms, and neck, and by the time I am done I feel more relaxed.

Sounds like you are getting very anxious about something . Stop what you are doing and do some breathing exercises so you can slow down your heart beat. Breath in your nose and out your mouth. Focus on your breath.

Im really anxious to talk to the person that I’m kinda dating, I don’t know what happened, like we haven’t talked since yesterday at 11am

One of the best tips of dating advice I could give is do not be afraid to call or text. If you are worried about them ask how they are doing, so that you know instead of guess

Exactly.

I also get those feelings: anxious and overwhelmed. I try to walk away to a neutral place, have a cup of tea and breathe and focus on my breathing to push the anxiety aside. Then I organize, prioritize and attack. Good luck

I guess we all experience panic attacks in different ways, I wouldn't take deep breaths if I have a panic attack for fear of worse hyperventilation, however, if you do that and you get worse, you can breathe in and out of a bag of some sort. I first feel anxiety and then I can't breathe. The advice to take your mind off the cause of anxiety would probably work for everyone. Someone's comment about how important they felt they were, broke my last panic attack because I burst out laughing.

Yes it's really scary but just try to remind yourself it's just an anxiety attack

I haven't had panic attacks for years. Its changed to where I'm in a constant state of anxiety, kind of what your describing but more intense. When I used to have bad panic attacks my face and hands would go numb, I couldn't breath, I'd lose my hearing, eyesight and balance and couldn't tell which way was up or down. Heart and head pounding and the shaking and sweating. A lot of other crap too and felt like I was going to die but after the first couple times I knew that wasn't going to happen. Eventually things would slowly fade back in and I'd come out of it. Totally exhausted!

Yes! It’s a really bad feeling to be honest. I felt like I was going to pass out or something

Yes , start breathing in , and out. Or walk around and breath, think of someone, or something happy❤️
