I don’t know what to do

Hi, i just took a depression test and my results were severe depression but i don’t think that’s true. Recently I’ve been feeling the worst and I’m sad all the time for no reason and i cry a lot and i just sleep more than usual. I don’t know what to do. I told a few of my close friends and they said i should tell someone. And so i did. I just don’t know what to do about this. I kind of have a feeling that i am depressed but i don’t know, so please help! 😭

It sounds like you are depressed but have you spoken to your doctor? The test could be seeing you at your worst so don’t sweat it...

You have reached out here and with friends so this is a great step...

I can listen and try to help based on my experience... it would be good to talk to a doctor or nurse as well.
