Hi, to my new community... this is really hard for me because I am so shy and reclusive but I want to change, that's why I joined here. I need help and I thought the best place to search would be from somewhere people are like me. I relate to a lot of you who struggle with depression and anxiety and so much more. Hello- You made the right decision by coming to the forum. Welcome to the group!
When I was going through empty nest syndrome, I posted in one of the online groups for the parents and it was very helpful. I found comfort and I realized that I was not alone. I learned from other parents how to cope with my loneliness.
