First day back at uni

First day back at uni after being suspended for a year after failing my units. Had an allnighter again so I was really sleep deprived. Missed my train so had to take another route to uni. Commute was almost 2 hrs. Just before class started I started freaking out abt my heartrate bc apparently last night my hr dropped down to 42bpm for 10 mins and so it notified my watch. Started to research about that... Class started, couldnt really focus bc I was anxious and kept thinking about my heart.

I was diagnosed with subclinical hypothyroidism last year but my blood tests kept fluctuating, the latest ones said my levels were in range so doctors did nothing about it. Scared that the hypothyroidism is back.. Saw some articles about how it could affect the heart..

Got home and I'm so tired and nauseous, want to take a nap but Im scared to sleep

I'm studying arts. I had a panic attack early last year but didnt realise it was a panic attack. So I went doctors to get my blood tested and they said I had subclinical hypothyroidism. I'm just worried that my heart is beating too slow when I sleep. But when I'm awake it ranges from 70-100bpm. 120bpm when im walking.

Me too. I'm actually scared to sleep :// tho not sleeping will make the anxiety even worse. Going to uni when our mental health is like this is really tough 😢
