Hi there. You probably need to speak with a psychologist and a therapist. A psychologist can help properly diagnose you and get you on the right medicine if needed to help regulate your brain chemistry. A therapist is there to help you as you talk through your issues and can offer helpful coping techniques and therapies. I hope that helps.

A psychologist is essentially a therapist. The psychiatrist is the MD, the one who is able to prescribe medication. 🙂
