Funny feeling in chest

Goodmorning my friends, how are we this cold morning. Well I have a question does anyone else wake up feeling good then bam the middle of your chest feels weird. Like sore but anxious. I know I just got done drinking a mocha frappe.

I have anxiety, and mix that with caffeine and that is a double oh no!! Yes I get that feeling, some times mine is a pressure with a burn feeling across the top of my chest. I try to take deep breaths and get my mind on something soothing! Some times it works. If it was brought on by the caffeine, I have to wait it out. I only drink caffeine maybe twice a month now, depending on if it’s really worth what is going to happen afterwards! I don’t just get anxiety, I get hateful

Wow. So caffeine is the culprit for me too. But I need a lil of it lol. I know I shouldn't have it. But my anxiety sometimes kicks my butt. At times I can handle it. I just dislike it

I feel fine and lie down at night to someone with a huge invisible foot stepping on my chest. I’m under a doctors care but this doesn’t stop. I leave the caffeine alone except tea in the morning. However I’m in love with sugar.
