Paroxetine to sertraline

Who has come off paroxetine after over 15 years and gone on sertraline? What sort of symptoms did you go through and for how long?

Hi Jwell53,

I have switched between the drugs you mentioned with no problem at all. They are very similar to me. I hadn't been on the Paxil/paroxetine as long as you have, only a few years, but I don't think that difference is significant when transitioning from 1 drug to the other.
