Clonazepam

My doctor just prescribed me a clonazepam. 25mg today beside remeron that I been taking for almost 8 months. Who else has been taking these two meds together?

Mike, I can only say I was prescribed clonazepam, alone and though it worked in the beginning it's not something you are supposed to take long term. It is a benzodiazepine and meant to be taken only 2-3 weeks. Do some self research on this med as i had to find a support group when i came off. Good luck in finding what works for you

Thank you for your reply. I just start taking clonazepam but I been taking remeron for 8 months it help to fall asleep

I have sleep issues as well and racing mind... I've learned breathing exercises, meditation + prayer help keep my mind focused (away from wandering).. and in turn helps me to get to sleep faster..

Try not to figure out your life or world problems when you get into bed 😁 easier said then done😁

Happy to say I'm medication free except for over the counter magnesium glycinate at night...

Please be cautious with the clonazapam. It works really great but is extremely addictive.

As for the remeron, it works great for sleep at a low dose but other than that, personally it didn’t do anything for me with regards to anxiety or depression but that’s just me.

Remeron helps me to fall asleep but I been suffering on a day time from anxiety symptoms some I wake up terrified feeling dizzy and shortness breath that why the doctor prescribed the clonazepam
