My depression has been at like a 3 lately. But my anxiety continues to act up. I get mild panic attacks when I'm at home around 7pm every night. I've been working alot so maybe that's why I'm anxious and stressed to get back to work. I've had that empty feeling in my tummy return again. Every day is a battle with my depression and anxiety.

Is everything okay at home? If so, I'm thinking it's stress related to work. One idea is to change your clothes when you get home. It's a subtle signal to your brain that you are switching how you process your activities from work to home. I guess my other question is, "what is causing your stress at work" and "is there logical rationale for you to be stressed at work"? Talk it out in your brain.
Can you possibly switch up your routine to help ease stress related to work? Perhaps drop by your local gym on the way home from work to exercise and feel better by releasing some endorphins and sweat? Perhaps focused breathing exercises during your workday to help ease some stress as the day goes by to help your evenings be more calm. Maybe taking a walk mid-day to help get your mind centered again before returning back to work. Stress can really wreak havoc on a body so it's understandable, just try to do healthy things like drinking more water, eating well and stress reducing exercises. Hopefully this helps.
