My counselor apt went very well last night. I almost cancelled because insomnia has been winning this week and I felt horrible. Im not sure why but she doesnt seem to have anything to say about it. Ive already tried all the tips and tricks shes given me over the years. But now, I plan to change my diet and add lots of vitamins and try magnesium for sleep. I think the more natural remedies to live healthy would help me feel better. Im sticking to 10mg buspirone. There was no need to adjust. Besides insomnia Ive been finally able to stay out of depression and cope through anxiety. Thanks for all who wanted an update. I feel so supported on the HL community!

So pleased to hear your anxiety and depression is much better.
You probably know this already but I find sticking to a really good bedtime routine helps alot with sleep difficulty.
