I was just wondering how everyone handles these episodes? Almost every time im forced to take my lorazepam, even if i dont want too because it helps me. If theres any other methods id like to know. Ive been struggling with physical symptoms well but am on antidepressants too so i wonder if its a side effect? Been on ssri for 2 weeks so far so not long.

I was fine for the most part up until 2 days ago, now i have passing out episodes the past 2 days and feel different. Also a noticable change was constipation and bowel pressure. Anyone have these side effects from zoloft or anything?

You shouldn't be passing out. You should call the md about that.

I havent actually passed out, but close. Ativan has helped greatly. I go monday, the nurse said it takes 3 weeks for a therapeudic dose if not longer. Ive heard it can make it worse at first. You have any experience taking it?

Yes I had been on Zoloft for 17 years. I remember my head feeling funny. That's the only side effect I had. I've been on Ativan it did make me tired when I first started it.

So you are having panic and feel you are going to pass out? That makes sense to me. I get that way during panic attacks

That's not actually passing out or fainting. Your posts & replies are misleading / not always true.

Perhaps you should read through the lists of side effects on the patient information leaflets of your medications and speak to your doctor.

If I get horrendous side effects like that, I go back to the doctors and ask to try a different antidepressants. Hope you stop passing out! Just swapped back to fluoxetine from trazodone because of horrendous side effects x
