Hi everyone. I’m not really sure what to start with or where actually but I’m really glad that I found this group. I’m a wife of almost 17 years and a mother of 3 boys. My life is kinda upside down right now, this past year has been really hard. I’ve battled depression and anxiety long before I realized what it was in my teenage years. I still silently struggle with this alone out of fear of not having the right type of support. So I’m here hoping I can bare it all eventually. Thank you for listening and I will be the best supporter I can to all of you as well.
P.S. I have major anxiety even typing this but I’m proud of myself for taking this first step.
This place has been very good to me, so i hope you can start to feel a little more comfortable here soon. you will have support and wonderful suggestions here and i think that it will help you with your anxiety. Don’t struggle silently, we care and are here to help! sometimes it can be difficult knowing the people around you may not understand, but you have to do whats best for you.

it is a very good start to your journey. honestly, i wish i would’ve found this website years ago. i'm somewhat new myself and there have already been some rough nights people here have helped me through. its much nicer than fighting on your own. so i’m glad to help any way i can
I'm glad you found this place, and I can relate to you suffering anxiety and depression alone long before realizing what it actually is. I recently joined this community too and started reading other peoples posts and finally had the courage to post. Hope you get the support and advice that you need. You are not alone in this anymore. I know it can be so hard to share when you have suffered for a long long time. Although I don't know what advice to give as I am hardly functioning myself. But surely, life can and will get better if you stay strong and find the help that you need. Good luck !
