I am someone who comes from a long family history of depression, anxiety and substance abuse. I’ve struggled with both depression and anxiety myself for about 9 years now. I also have family members who struggle with it. I’ve been working on myself for a couple of years now, learning how to love myself through meditation and other means that I can say I’m over the hump. I still get those grey days but I’ve learned to cope with them. I’m here to lend a helping hand and learn of other people’s experiences to better understand this disease. If anyone out there needs an ear or a friend, I’m here. I wish you all positivity and love.

Hi, I don’t take any medication and never have. I actually have a phobia to pills and they give me anxiety so I’ve taken the most natural and holistic approach,I used to get very bad panic attacks as well were I would end up at the hospital. How long have you been having feeling this?
That's good of you to want to help others but don't take on too much you can get bogged down in others problems and then you are worried about them on top of your own worries. Take care of yourself first.
