I have been on 20mg of citalapram for a couple of years.. for anxiety and mild depression. I was mainly struggling with morning anxiety, l would be awakened by ( what felt like) a heavy weight on my back followed by a, what felt like an adrenaline surge. It was, is very uncomfortable. It’s an awful feeling. I was feeling better and my medication was reduced to 10mg, but l am getting that burnt out feeling again... I am a bit of a workaholic, and just had a three week run of very stressful days . I’m starting to get those feelings again. I had Sunday off and tried to get some rest, but every time l started to fall asleep my thoughts would generate anxiety. Anyone have any suggestions. I’ve been going to the gym, walking 5 miles a day, stuff like that
Thank you

Hey Larcon. It sounds like you're doing great with your physicality (the gym and walking). Do you have mindfulness in your routine? Something like meditation? Most meditation apps have 'walking meditations' so you could double up and do both at once. Also, if you haven't listened to audios by Dr. Claire Weekes, I think they'd help you as well.
