I'm sorry you're hurting. Is it something that's happened in the past? Or just fear of something bad happening in the future?

I’ve read some and it’s really like separation anxiety with a broken heart twist. It’s so hard loving someone who is not in love with you anymore. I miss him so much my heart actually hearts sometimes. It’s so hard without him. I don’t know how to be happy without him. The panic attacks have calmed down. But I hate waking up knowing each day I’m alone.
