Anyone else get constipated on ambien?

Moodchange, I know that there are many drugs that produce a relaxed

state that can cause constipation. The thing is to increase your hydration

and eat more fiber. That should give you a balance. Always ask your doctor

before changing your routine. xx

Highly unlikely..most likely your diet......down a couple tablespoons of metomuesil fiber and you will be good to go....pun intended! Be well.

no....but I have dream walked and tried to cook dinner on it....and found all my burners in the kitchen on and all the food out of the freezer the next morning.....be careful on that stuff.
