U right thanks for sharing

How do people pay the bills if they don't get out of bed?? I have to work full time with my anxiety and PTSD from 11 years of hell with Ex boyfriend. I just get up and get ready and show up. Just curious.. So many stay in bed all day. Who is paying bills? 🤔

I’ve been privileged enough to be able to take a couple months off without financial stress. Hence I said privileged but there are people who physically are not able to and just go without adding to the stress and depression that comes with anxiety.

That makes sense!! I'm glad you are able to heal and rest at home. That is important!!! 🤗

You’re absolutely right. But the truth is getting out of bed is so important. I stayed in bed too much and my muscles became very weak. It’s important to get up and move around and try to exercise if you can manage it.

I feel this way now. I have to get out of bed to take care of my children but for a while that’s the most I did; cook clean help with homework and back to bed.
