Travel light

I wish God had created us with an off switch for our minds. At the end of the day, all of our mishaps, mistakes, errors, sins, go into the sea to be carried out into the ocean of no return. Let others keep track of your mistakes if they so choose. It is a heavy burden to bear. If you are working on being the best you, wanting good for everyone, loving yourself and others to the best of your ability, and wanting happiness. That is all that matters.

Everyday I wish I can switch my mind off, get rid of the intrusive thoughts, or at least to be less aware of them , there is no magic switch but with practice it decreases
