Partner of someone with axanxiety

Hi,

I am dating someone who has some undiagnosed anxiety and very high stress levels who is very reluctant to getting any help. I am trying to help them anyway I can but it gets hard on me a lot. I am searching for some kind of online support group for people who are close to someone with anxiety or some people to talk to about this. Anyone?

I don’t know if I can help much since everyone’s anxiety is different, but I would recommend meditation or even just a conversation for both of you to understand how to deal with the problem.
