Yes, this happened when I had a mental breakdown. I always said there was a definite before and after. For a long time I said I want my life back. I have realized that I don't want that life back because its what lead to my breakdown. I am slowly finding a new normal that is even better than before. It has taken a lot of work, but I am worth it. So are you.
