Yes. I don't take meds. I only use vitamins and supplements to treat myself with. Good diet and light to moderate exercise is helpful too. If you want specifics, you can ask here or pm me.

Thank you for replying! Yes I would love to have specifics. This anxiety is taking over, and im ready to get my life back. It’s been going on for over 6months now and all they want to do is throw meds at you. Please help!

Okay, I have some recommendations. First, get a full panel blood test. It's the only use you'll get out of the doctors. Read your numbers carefully. If you don't want to, send me the numbers and I'll be able to tell you if you're low on a certain nutrients. Specificaly make sure you get your thyroid, adrenal glands & liver enzymes checked. The following nutrient levels are also critically important: Electrolites, b-vitamins, calcium, magnesium, potassium, iron & vit D. I know a kazillion wothwhile herbs/vitamins & supplements for you to take. But, I would need better specifics on what your porblems are to recommend exact options. Right now, I'm on a light supplement rotation: Vit D, 3X daily--Prescription potassium, time released--Magnesium citrate, 3X daily--B 50 complex, 1 to 2X daily, Vit C, 3X daily & zinc 2X daily. Back in the day I took a little of everything though....

I haven’t taken medication for years and years and more years ha! I tried anxiety and depression pills “walking Guinea pig” for doctors 12 years ago and I didn’t like how they made me feel and sometimes I think to myself they made me worse feeling. I went and spoke with a lady at food- coop don’t know if you have one? But when I went in I just asked her what would work best for me, and I named off a few of my symptoms, and she recommended Vitamin B12 multi vitamin and drinking water that has 9.5 purified water, and to also use lavender salts and oil. Plus good meditation music, and also to use or get the “blue light” you can by them off eBay it’s suppose to help you sleep better and cure sleep anxiety 😊❤️ hope this helps! And remember I’m not cured by any means I still have my battles and they still come in waves, but not as bad.

I actually got some multivitamins yesterday & started taking them. They have B12 in them. I felt a little better yesterday but not all the way. These panic attacks are the worst smh. I have tried anxiety meds & I didn’t like the way they made me feel at all. I have stomach problems now from my anxiety and that definitely doesn’t help. It’s so overwhelming. I appreciate you replying & giving me some helpful tips. Thank you so much!
