Is it classed as self harming to rip off finger and toe nails if it is then I haven't stopped self harming

The alarming thought that you could hurt yourself this badly is horrifying.....and you really really should check yourself in for in patient care... this is beyond any kind of self harm I have ever heard anyone doing to themselves and it's quite shocking you could endure the amount of pain to do this to yourself...and it's far beyond what anyone here can in all good conscience help you with.....you really need professional help immediately.
