It's the ups and downs of depressuon/Anxiety and tablets. Chin up, the dark cloud will be gone soon

Catwoman... How are you doing now? I am experiencing the same thing... I am on sertraline, and I have ups and downs.

Hi anxious, today I'm feeling stronger and happier. I find my emotions are very up and down at moment. Was very anxious yesterday and over thinking everything. The sertraline is better now I've increased the strength. Hope this is helpful to you, and always here if you need to talk. :)

I have been on 50mg for 4 1/2 weeks. Had some improvement ( very slight improvement) but very down today. Did not sleep well last night. Should I be feeling better by now?

It did take me nearly six weeks to notice a difference but it's worth persevering. Sertraline does affect your sleep, one of the side effects. Some nights I sleep well, others awake every hour. I found after a couple of months on 50mg, I was constantly crying and needed to increase my strength to 100mg. I am so glad I did. I work full time and it definitely helps me cope. x

I go through the same thing. Today was a bad day. Anxiety depression and crying. We are here to support each other because we know what this is like. The gray days don’t help either. Sending you many hugs and rainbows 🌈

I am going through this as well...and I agree, these gray skies don't help. I'm just holding on to hope that I can get through this soon...and I hope the same for you. Sending thoughts of sunny skies and warm summer breezes. 💜🌞

Thank you for your encouragement. It really helps to talk to those who are going through this. I was really struggling with anxiety and depression yesterday and today. I talked to a friend of mine and it really helped. But my friends don’t know

How to help me. Just having them listen is a big help. Thank you for being there to talk to. It helps so much. You can PM if you would like. Hope you feel better today.
