head injury and sleepiness

My friend recently had a head injury. Nothing showed up on cat scan. But she has abnormally sleepiness. Should she have more extensive testing like a mri.

Since Ive had 2 head injuries... Yes...if ur friend doesn't feel right...go to a doc u can trust or go back to the ER.With a head injury falling asleep isn't good.sometimes hospitals n docs don't always get it right the first time.Im here if ya got anymore questions! Ur a good friend
